We understand you may have questions regarding the recent sewer billing refund program occuring in Belmont 2.
A billing error in the Town of Argyle impacted residents of Belmont FWSD 2, causing District residents to be overcharged. Due to this, Belmont 2 residents may be issued refunds for the overcharged amount.
This refund program is specifically designed for residents of Belmont 2 who lived in the District prior to March 2024. Residents who resided in Belmont 2 after March 2024 and Belmont 1 residents are not eligible for this refund at this time and no billing error occured for the Belmont 1 District.
